More than just a healthier baseball culture
Coaches are given a rare voice in a boy’s life during some of his most formative years. We believe that opportunity is too important to spend teaching only a game with an expiration date.
Our theory uses the real moments of baseball to help young athletes know Jesus and practice what it means to love God and others. The earlier that relationship begins, the more of a young man’s life it can shape.
We develop players seriously, but not only to help them stand out. We want them to use their abilities to serve, contribute and strengthen the people around them.

Our program delivers purposeful instruction in fundamentals, baseball IQ, positional versatility, preparation, communication, resilience, and competitive play.
We play to win. We hold players accountable. We expect effort, attention, courage, and growth. But performance does not determine a player’s identity or worth.
We develop ability because gifts should be stewarded faithfully — and because a more capable player can contribute more to the people around him.

Our first team is led by Ryan Ramirez and Jeremy Almaguer. The two veteran ballplayers and childhood friends have spent several years cultivating the Bracken Christian School high school baseball program’s unique culture.

Two purposeful practices create a rhythm one cannot: teach, apply, reinforce, repeat. Players receive more meaningful development, coaches build deeper relationships, and discipleship becomes part of the team’s weekly life. We intentionally protect Wednesday evenings whenever possible so families can remain connected to their local church and youth group.

Players develop across multiple positions to build versatility, baseball IQ, and confidence. The goal is greater capacity: more ways to contribute, more opportunities to play, and a better understanding of the whole game.

Our fall schedule centers on competitive Saturday doubleheaders every other week — giving players meaningful game experience without consuming every weekend or regularly compromising Sunday worship and family rhythms.
The Wings
The Wings are the first on-field expression of His Farm System — a competitive baseball program where discipleship is lived out through the game.
Their name carries our hope: that players would go into the world as light, visibly formed by Christ in the way they compete, respond to failure, serve teammates, honor coaches, respect opponents, and carry themselves beyond the field.
