His Farm System begins with baseball, but our hope is bigger than baseball.
We believe youth sports can be a gift when rightly ordered. We also believe the current youth sports culture often forms kids and families in ways that do not reflect the Kingdom of God.
So we are starting with what has been entrusted to us.

Culture change doesn’t begin with criticizing everyone else.
It begins with surrendering what God has entrusted to us.
At His Farm System, we want to build a sports environment where excellence is defined not by being impressive, but by being faithful.
That kind of excellence includes skill, effort, discipline, courage, preparation, and resilience.
But it also includes humility, self-control, honesty, encouragement, respect for authority, and service to teammates.
The goal is not to make boys less competitive.
The goal is to make them more free — free to compete without pride, train without idolatry, fail without despair, win without arrogance, and use their gifts without worshiping them.
Follow that instinct
We are not against competitive sports.
We are against sports becoming ultimate.
We are resisting a culture that teaches children to measure their worth by performance, parents to organize life around exposure and advancement, coaches to become vendors, and families to sacrifice worship, rest, community, and peace in the name of keeping up.
The longing many families feel for something healthier is not random.
It points us back to our Creator.
We were made for rightly ordered loves: joy, rest, community, purpose, excellence, humility, worship, and belonging that is not earned by performance.
Our values are simple, but they are not small.
Ambition is not removed. It’s redirected. We teach athletes to seek Christ first and allow identity and purpose to flow from Him.
SEEK
Joy is not a byproduct of winning. It’s part of how the game is meant to be received. Play combats fear, pressure, and performance-based identity.
PLAY
We choose people over performance. Love combats contempt, comparison, selfish ambition, and using people.
LOVE
We reject the consumer mindset that asks, “What can I get from this?” We want to form servant leaders who give to their team, coaches, families, and community.
GIVE
Prayer keeps baseball in perspective. It reminds us that God is ultimate, we are dependent, and the game is a gift — not a god to be served.

Gloryland is the future physical expression of this culture.
We imagine a place in the Hill Country where baseball, discipleship, family, worship, rest, stewardship, and community come together.
A place designed not just to host games, but to form people.
The vision includes full-size baseball fields, indoor training space, discipleship rooms, shaded gathering areas, healthy concessions, walking trails, local food partnerships, thoughtful land and water stewardship, and a simple chapel welcoming worship at any time.
Gloryland would first serve our own community.
But we also pray it would become a beacon — a living model for other communities who feel called to build something similar where they are.
Not because a facility can change hearts by itself. Only Christ can do that.
